Is late really better than never? The past two months I have been all over the world but in the final days of July, I have finally sat down to share June’s Menu!
It’s been far too long, so I’ll spare you the intro and get straight to the point.
A few menus ago I shared an Amazon concealer pencil that perfectly carved out eyebrows and elongated eyes. Shortly after I found the Sephora Collection Best Skin Ever concealer pencil and it took a product form I loved and matched it with an even better formula. It is perfect for any kind of precision or clean up job you may need!
2- In Frame.
Lately, I’ve developed a full blown optical accessories obsession. I’ve started noticing frames the way I notice handbags—shape, structure, personality.
In Paris, it clicked. Everywhere I looked, glasses felt intentional and tied to identity. The shops were filled with distinctive, design forward frames, and on the street, no two pairs looked the same. It made me realize just how personal glasses can be… and completely solidified my new fixation. Anywho these are the ones I’m in love with, they’re by a Berlin based brand “Kuboraum”
If you’re reading this, you know me and Make Beauty’s Concealer are two peas in a pod. Despite my sheer adoration for it, sometimes you need a serving of something a little more hefty. I’ve been using this concealer to up the ante just a little bit. It’s more high coverage and has a self setting finish – June was a high event and captured month so blending this with my everyday concealer added a little more flawlessness for a month full of lights, cameras and action.
The fragrance friends are my favorite friends to make. While in Paris I stopped by the Ex Nihlo store to make a custom scent. Whilst sniffing through the store a fellow fragrance lover started throwing some suggestions at me. One of which I had never heard of, one that wasn’t even on display. A Dubai exclusive called “Scarlett Sands”, she said it threw the perfume world in a frenzy when it first dropped. It’s exclusivity made it nearly impossible to track down. Lucky for me the store just so happened to have one bottle!
5- Music to My Ears
My most consumed thing this month was “You Seem Pretty Sad For a Girl So In Love”. It is as though this album has taken over my life, it is all I listen to. When I wake up, when Im getting ready, working out, driving around. It is all I want to hear!
I have so many thoughts on the song Purple… more on that later.
6- Fabric Spray
A few months ago I served you Becca’s Menu, where Rebecca Jarrett of Wardrobe Thirteen shared her favorite things to consume. When I asked her to share one thing she’d repurchase over and over she answered with the Clothes Freshening Mist from Marks & Spencer. Clothes Freshening Spray? I had never heard of that. So naturally I did some digging to find one. Admittedly it sat by my washer and dryer for a few weeks before it really got its air time – but I haven’t stopped using it since I cracked it open.
7- To Turn Your Home into A Private Villa
Santa Maria Novella has been one of my favorite discoveries of 2026. At the end of May I went in to get a refill of my Melograno Body Wash and I of course sniffed around the store. I got to their Continental Home Diffusers and fell in love with The Africa Diffuser. I also got one for my dad for Fathers Day. As soon as he opened it he called me and asked “ Do they make this in a perfume?” to which I sadly responded “No”. He then asked “Well do they make this sc
ent in ANYTHING else? If not they should!”
It has notes of Eucalyptus, Mango, Peony, Baobab, and White Musk. Trust in me when I say this is the best home scent I have even smelled.
8- Moment of The Month
I’ve wanted to dive into the art world for quite some time, with the ideal goal of becoming a woman in G.L.A.M ( Galleries, Libraries, Archives and Museums). So my invite “Upstate Art Week” was quite fulfilling. We started the day with a showcase at Chase Hall’s studio, where he shared his use of coffee beans to create paint. Yes Paint! Afterwards we went to the studio of Maia Cruz, a Filipino American artist known for their merging of archives and art. I fell head over heels for the elements shown in the work, so much of it played into duality— things like repetition, reflexion and dual realities
